Your Going To Catch A Cold

Catching a cold is not the best feeling, there plenty of ways that a person can catch a cold. For the most part catching a cold is usually the result of picking up germs from somewhere. It is not always possible to know where you contracted the cold, but the chances of getting one can be reduced if you are careful about where you go, and are concious about washing you hands. After the summer is over the colder months such as autmn, winter and spring seem to be the periods that colds are at there most prevelant. For this reason you should take extra precautions during these months

Some ways the you can catch colds

The most obvious way to catch a cold is, to get it from somebody sneezing on you, or from a public place. The types of public places where germs can be picked up are, public transport, public toilets. The other things that can cause colds are a bad diet, eating a lot of unhealthy food will only weaken you immune system, and make you more prone to colds.

It is up to you to practise being clean at al times, this is the best way for you stay clear of a cold. There is no one way to catch a cold, so being in the right environment can certainly be beneficial. Try to be around anybody that is sneezing of is constantly sick. You should as always wash you hands after using the public toilets, washing your hand before eating can also help.
