Workplace communication
Sometimes the communication will need to be on an individual basis; sometimes with groups of people - and of course, this interaction, especially with so many customers and clients, will often not be face-to-face communication.
With so many different and competing demands upon workplace communication, you do really need to plan a sound strategy if you are a senior manager of your workplace, and if you aren't a senior manager, but you know that your workplace does not have a communication strategy, suggest one.
Workplace communication benefits
Effective communication is a meaningful indicator of the fact that decisions taken from the top have percolated and successfully reached every employee. On similar lines it also means data and information is flowing in the reverse that is towards the top in the organizational hierarchy. Furthermore effective communication conveys that organization considers every employee as an asset and encourages their participation in decision making.

Did you ever realize that 80% of your problems be it at professional front or personal front, could be solved by “Effective Communication” or “Proper Communication”? Yes, it can. A “Proper Communication” or “Effective Communication” can give solution for most of your problems; can give answers for most of your questions; can help in clearing many misunderstanding.

Workplace communications. It's the foundation of all work place relationships. When you factor in the fact that most professionals spend at least a third of their time at work, being an effective communicator becomes a core competency that everyone should work to improve. Developing good communications and workplace relationships can often, however, be difficult to achieve.
