When broadband technology was first introduced to the general populace, people marvelled at it. But with the introduction of mobile broadband, it has successfully taken the internet to a new level of utility and sophistication. In this era of people always being on the move, working on their notebook or laptops at different locations, mobile broadband has successfully revolutionised the way that we access the internet.

The analogy that we can try to make for it would be to compare the land line, which is used for a fixed broadband connection, to the mobile phone, which is used to provide the end user with mobile broadband. It’s very easy for the end user to be able to access the internet from their laptop, because with the mobile broadband device you no longer have to worry about a fixed telephone line or cables. However, providers are constantly improving on the technology, so it’s only a matter of time before something better hits the market.
