Abit About William Shakespeare
In 1582 William, aged only 18, married an older woman (26) named Anne Hathaway. Soon after they had there first daughter, Susanna. They had another 2 children but William’s only son Hamnet died aged only 11. After his marriage information about the life of Shakespeare is sketchy but it seems he spent most of his time in London writing and performing in his plays.
It seemed he didn’t mind being absent from his family. Only returning home during Lent when all theatres were closed. It is generally thought that during the 1590s he wrote the majority of his sonnets. This was a time of prolific writing and his plays developed a good deal of interest and controversy. Due to some well timed investments he was able to secure a firm financial background leaving time for writing and acting. The best of these investments was buying some real estate near Stratford in 1605, this soon doubled in value.
William Shakespeare's Coriolanus
In William Shakespeare's Coriolanus, Coriolanus's banishment is the climax of a series of events in which several forces play a part, all pushing him towards his inevitable downfall. As is usual in Shakespearean Tragedy, the hero, at the peak of his achievements, falls, due to a fatal flaw in his character. Coriolanus 's flaw is his arrogant pride and lack of temperance, and his fall is great, from national hero to outcast.
William Shakespeare’s play Othello
Although it was produced in 1604, William Shakespeare’s play Othello still relates to the everyday situations of certain people. In the play, Shakespeare gives the reader situations of misguided trust, wrongful mistrust, and overpowering love. All of which are still around in modern lives, especially that of my own.
William Shakespeares birth
The life of William Shakespeare starts with his birth on April 23, 1564. Much about his early life is hypothesized, as there were not many records kept during Elizabethan era. He was born to a family of comfort with a father who was a prominent town official and was probably able to attend a good grammar school and had a decent upbringing.
He married Anne Hathaway at age 18 (she was three months pregnant and eight years older than Shakespeare) in 1582. For the rest of the decade, nothing about Shakespeare appears on record, and these years are generally known as his lost years.
CONCLUSION
Shakespeare has a collection of approximately 154 poems combines to a sonnet of Shakespeare which has the themes of love, beauty, and mortality and this style is named as the Shakespearean sonnet, and today also this is in use. The poem included in the sonnet comprises of 14 lines with 3 quatrains, and closing couplet follows these lines and quatrains.
