There are different types of diabetes, type 2 diabetes has been increasing in the world. It has spread steadily, because of the lack of exercise and increase in obesity. type 2, is the most common form of this disease. The research shows that there are as much as 33% of Americans who are adults that will be inflicted by it. This is a very scary thought.

It is very unfortunate that promotion of natural ways to curing this disease are not heavily advertised, and get little attention.

2- exercise and more is, another good way of preventing diabetes, you can even try dancing. It is a good idea to exercise every single day. Doing the right amount of exercise is, the less protection against type 2 diabetes, just remember to commit to your program.
