Introduction to vitamins
Vitamins are good for every one that eats them in a balanced
fashion, I am going to concentrate on the B-complex vitamin. This vitamin consists of a different nutrient types they are, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Pyridoxine, Cyanocobalamin, Biotin and Folic Acid. All thes nutrients have there own unique uses, and are the main vitamins any body needs to lead a healthy life.
Thiamin vitamin
This vitamin is also known as B1- complex vitamin.
The use of the B1 vitamin is verry important its main benefits are helping maintain healthy nerves, it can also help improve mood. It has qualiities that can improve heartburn and make the heart stronger. It is also need as a source for the carbohydrate metabolism of your body. The foods that contain the vitamin B1 complex are , seeds, legumes, pork, nuts and whole grains.
Riboflavin vitamin
This vitamin is also known as B2-complex vitamin. The use of the B1 vitamin is providing red blood cells to the body. It will also have influence on the metabolism of fat, protein and carbohydrates.
This vitamin will improve the skin and help prevent cataracts.
To intake te B2 vitamin the foods to consume are Avocados, , dairy products, fish, fortified, beef breads, cereals, egg, sliver, and mushrooms.
Niacin Vitamin
This vitamin is also know as B3-complex vitamin. If you take this vitamin it will help lower
l cholesterol and fight against depression, insomnia and arthritis.
To be sure that you have a sizeable intake of this vitamin the foods to eat are eggs, enriched grain products dairy products, and high protein food such as beef, chicken, fish & nuts.
Pantothenic acid vitamin
Pantothenic acid Vitamin is also know as B5-complex vitamin.
The B5 vitamin will help the Central Nervous System. It will also help give more energy to a person in and help fight chronic tiredness. The vitamin will also fight migraines, allergies and heartburn. To intake this vitamin the foods to eat are fish, legumes, organ meats, poultry, whole grains, and yogurt.
Pyridooxine Vitamin

it alos know as the B6-complex vitamin. This vitamin is required for all the functions of the body, its main purpose is to produce red blod cells. It also help relieve PMS and asthma attacks. this vitamin is found in Avocados, bananas, chickpeas, fish, potatoes, poultry, and meat.
CONCLUSION
The other vitamins neccesary to having a good vitamin filled diet are B-12 or Cyanocobalamin it helps the body prevent anemia which can be caused by a B12 deficiency. the foods that provide this vitamin are are cheese, eggs, fish, meat, organ meats, oysters, sardines, and yeast. The Biotin vitamin is good for nails and hair growth and health. Biotin vitamin is found in barley, cauliflower, legumes, liver, nuts, oatmeal, rice, soy, and whole wheat. Finally Folic Acid vitamin is good for preganancy it can protect against any birth defects that might occur. This vitamin also stabilizes homocysteine levels. Folic Acid vitamin is found in beans, green vegetables, orange juice, and whole grains.
