I have lived and vacationed in a number of countries with the Inaccessible Planet guides, and forever found them extremely instrumental. With this new guide, "Solitary Planet's Better In Travel 2009: 850 Trends, Destinations, Journeys & Experiences For The Twelvemonths Ahead" I discovered it to be real enjoyable for varying reasons.

I ever liked how the Unaccessible Planet guides had a ton of information about the places I was extant or seeing. Yet, I sometimes wished they had more color photos such as some of the other travel guides available. With this "Better In Travel 2009" guide, there isn't the depth for each land like the country particular guides, but rather intriguing places around the full world. And this book is whole of coloured pictures.

It is a beautifully arranged out book with scores of magnificent photographs. Mingle the photos with the abbreviated descriptions of places around the whole globe and you have a great beverage table book and a text that will stimulate you to plan your next travel adventure. What I enjoy most bout this book is it helps make ideas of places to go and things I want to do.

The book is chalk whole of lists. Top 10 Countries, Top 10 Regions, Top 10 Cities and so on. I don't know if I concur with the top 10 in each of these categories, and you may not either, but that does not matter. Use the book to stimulate you to travel to new places and to make ideas and possibilities. Even if you don't travel to the places listed, you will be more informed of what's out there and places that are acquirable to explore. If you savor traveling, you'll bask searching through this book for ideas.
