Trampolining therapy
Trampolines are highly beneficial to those who really need some special type of care for their physical and mental disabilities. There are exercise programs that are very beneficial to not only those who have some mental or physical problem but for those who have problems with communication as well.
They help people suffering from any of these problems . When individuals who have disabilities take part in these exercises they often feel better and enjoy improved health benefits with the fun for which trampolines are much known for.
Trampolining situations
The majority of trampoline injuries occur because of a collision on the trampoline between users, improper landing while jumping or doing stunts on the trampoline, falling directly off the trampoline, or falling on the trampoline springs or the frame. These injury causes, therefore, speak to a bigger problem of leaving trampoline users unsupervised on the trampoline and without the proper safety equipment, especially the trampoline safety pad.
Trampolining techniques
When you first get on a trampoline, it can be very tempting to try and imitate others, by doing bounces then dropping on to your bottom or back. But these maneuvers require skill and practice. If you want to become good at trampolining, and avoid the risk of serious injury, then it's better to start with the basics.
The most basic maneuvers in trampolining involve changing positions in the air, rather than altering which part of your anatomy you bounce on. The six basic movements all involve bouncing on your feet, and performing the maneuver while airborne. Mastering them helps you to get a feel for using a trampoline, as well as developing your skills.
CONCLUSION
At the recreational level, trampolining has an immediate appeal, especially for the young people . Every era produces at least one step forward in the sophistication of a trampoline machine used. The most modern ones are capable of projecting an athlete to such a height that the top stars can touch 10m-high ceilings and perform repetition triple somersaults with ease.
