The ability to keep healthy while you are working in an office can be very hard. You should always think about doing the necessary exercise to keep yourself in shape. If you're sitting down for the hours straight, this is not going to give you any health benefits. You should also consider the food you eat, you can healthy foods will help keep you in shape also. If you are eating poorly and you never get up to do any exercise this is bound to have an effect on your health and physical condition.
You may want to avoid certain places at your workplace which are a bad influence for your health, such as the restroom, especially if it has a vending machine in it. Eating christian chocolate are not, and should not be a regular part of your diet.

Visiting other co-workers
It is not always the big things that need to be done, when it comes to physical exercise. Going for a run for four hours is not altogether necessary. Consistently doing small physical activities on a regular basis is the best way to keep yourself healthy and fit if you are working in an office, instead of sending an e-mail or phone in your co-worker you can get up and go and see them personally, this will encourage you to take regular walks while in office, instead of sitting down.
Movement in your legs
If you are sitting down for long periods of time, it is obvious that you are going to need to move around, if not you are likely to reduce the blood circulation in your body, especially your legs. Keeping your legs in a fixed position will usually reduce the blood circulation in your legs. When you have been sitting down for a long period of time, you should do some leg lifts, this will help keep the blood flowing in your legs and help sustain your fitness.
