Composting toilet
Sometimes known as biological toilets and waterless toilets, composting toilet systems are useful when there is an urgent necessity to control the composting of toilet paper, food wastes and excrement.
Composting toilet is different from the septic system because a composting toilet system is depended on conditions of unsaturated level such as the materials cannot be immersed completely in water. When operating to its full capacity, composting toilet is competent to easily break down the waste into somewhere about 10 to 30 percent of its actual volume.
RV Toilets
Recreational Vehicle Manufacturers are interested in making money and often will put in inferior parts to save a mere $30.00 bucks and that crap has got to stop. And speaking of human waste let us talk about toilets shall we?
There are several types of recreational vehicle toilets in the RV parts catalogs and one in particular is a real pain in the butt, both literally and figuratively. You see it is a small unit and has some other issues as well. As the waste exits the bottom of the bowl all the interior hollowed out space is subject to the waste before it goes into the hole below.
Squat toilets
Squat toilets are relatively unknown in the Western world. But they are commonplace in many other parts of the world. There is a surprisingly a large number of countries and cultures in Asia, the Middle East and Africa where squatting toilets have always been a part and parcel of daily life.
The locations where squat toilets easily outnumber sitting toilets include the two most populous countries in the world today: China with a population of 1.3 billion and India, with a population of 1.1 billion. In fact, two thirds of humanity (about 4 billion) still uses the squatting position for bodily functions. Less than one third – mostly people in the Westernised countries - uses the seated posture.
CONCLUSION
The toilet may not be the most glamorous item in your bathroom, but it’s one of the most necessary. Take your time when choosing a toilet. Be sure to measure the distance between the wall and the drain line opening, if you have a floor-discharge drain line.
