The good thing is that it is not a condition, that is usually long-term. The bad thing about having a lack of sleep is that, you are likely to run short on energy during the day.

A common way to disrupt your sleep pattern, is to go to bed late. If you are always going to bed at different times, this is likely to confuse your body and the structure sleeping pattern. It is in your best interests to find a regular time for going to bed each night, this will ensure that your body prepares itself for a good nights sleep.
