There are many different ways that insomnia can be caused. It is not a problem for most people. But when insomnia does happen even if occasional it can cause major disruption to our lives. So here are some things that you may want to try to tacke your insomnia.

You might want to reduce the amount of caffeine that you have been consuming. Taking caffeine in moderation is fine, but too much caffeiene and cola can keep your body over active. Another bad thing about caffeine is that it is addictive, so you might want to cut it out gradually to get better success. Going off it too fast may cause you to get a head ache, and even other side effects. You can cut down by skipping some of the caffiene drinking sessions you are used to.

Going to bed at a consisten time, is a good way to get rid of insomnia, this is because the body usually enjoys have a routine. If you sleep at 9pm then you sleep and 4 am the next day, this may confuse the body. Keeping you sleeping time regular will ensure that you body is ready for shut down, which will inturn give you nice dosage of sleep

These too tips should be taken into consideration, it is a common problem that a lot of people have in regards to sleeping, i.e. the inability have a regular sleeping pattern. This will help get your body set. Going to bed at irregular times will make your body prolong its shut down.
