There are many people that are suffering from depression at do not know it. Here are some questions to ask yourself, are you having problems getting out of your bed?. Do you have less of an appetite, if so are you eating more or I eating less? Do people around you noticed that you have change, and not for the better? Have you been off work more than usual? Remember the exercise that you choose to do does not have to be very strenuous. It only has to be an activity which helps keep you active. Although if you do have depression it may be slightly higher to motivate yourself to do exercise.
