Insomina is a condition that a number of people suffer from. If you are not aware what it is, basically it is when you are able to sleep. This what insomina is. It is not something that many people suffer from, but those that do can take steps to stop it. There are various reason why a person may have a sleepless night. For the most baut the inability to sleep is brought on by your every day habits, here are some things that you can look at which may help you sleep.

If you like cola, coffee or alot of sugary drinks this may cause insomnia. Coffee and cola have caffiene in them, this is actually a known ingredient that keeps people awake. If you have been drinking a lot of coffee or tea, you should take steps to stop. It is best to ease your self of of them gradually, if you stop drinking them immediately this may lead to headaches.

When going to bed you should have a regular time, this will ensure that your body gets used to a set time, this will inturn allow you body expect sleep at that time. If you continue to go to bed at random times this will confuse your body and may result in insomnia.

These two tips are simple but can be often overlooked. Before trying to get a quick fix solution to your insomnia it is best to take a look at your life style. There are also a number of sleeping aids which you can use to stop your insomnia also.
