It is up to you to be responsible at all times, having one that stands is very irresponsible, and can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle.
It is your duty to take all the necessary steps when having sexual relations with anybody. You should know a lot about each other before you endeavour to become intimate. In the long run you will benefit if you have a meaningful relationship with the person that you meet.
