If you are suspecting that the person you have been having sex with has Chlamydia, the chances are you will also have it to. Usually Chlamydia is common in people between the ages of 18 and 25. There are studies which show that during these two ages the probability of getting Chlamydia is heightened.
When taking part in any sexual activity, the advice given is to always use a condom, especially if you are not married to your partner. The best way to prevent yourself from getting Chlamydia 100% is to refrain from having sexual relations. If you know that your partner has Chlamydia, it is up to you to take action, which means not having sexual relations with them. You can resume sexual relations once you have 100% proof that they have been treated and are cured from it.
There are a number of ways in which Chlamydia can be contracted, these involve hand to eye contact, from the vagina, by having oral sex, and even there are some situations where it can be contracted from hand to eye, although this does not happen that much. It is up to you to keep your personal hygiene as high as possible.
Taken precautions before having sex with anybody is the best way to vent getting Chlamydia. Having a committed long-term relationship decreases the chances of you getting any sexually transmitted disease.
There are multiple ways that Chlamydia can be transmitted, this is evident. In an ideal world people would only sleep with people that they are totally committed to.
