Social Networking has been popular for quite some time now and continues to grow thanks to sites such as Myspace, Friendster and Facebook. Social Networking websites are most definitely a prime place for those that do business online to attract an interested audience and get that all-important sale.

Now can you really make any money by utilizing social networking websites? And would the money really be worth your time? This really depends on what type of business that you happen to run.

To be effective using social networking sites there are a couple of things you need to be aware of. This is a sign of where the Internet community is heading towards - the social networking sites! If you use social networking the right way, you will get positive results because you are not advertising, you are pre-selling. You are offering quality, useful content that builds trust with people and gets them to like you.
