Becoming angry for one reason or another, happens on a daily basis by at least one person in the world. Fortunately it is possible to control your anger, and also even prevent it in the future. Anger is a normal emotion, and in some cases it can be very healthy. Usually they cure for anger is to find a solution to the problem. In everyday life there are usually many reasons why a person can become upset.

Try to rationalise when arguing
It is tempting to give a person and automate them when you are arguing, you should try to avoid it at all costs. Try to force someone to do something you want to do, is likely to make the relationship a whole lot worse. It is best to keep the argument centred around the issue which caused it to arise. Avoid telling the person that you are arguing with things such as, !if you do this one more time".
