I was something which usually come without any thought of your own they are a product of your upbringing and usually a fundamental basis of your life. You should document all the habits which you want to change, this will allow you to focus on areas of your life that you want to address and improve. When tempted to change a habit you have to work on it for at least 30 days. You will need to remind yourself that you are trying to change this habit. This can be done by putting notes in places where they are visible to you, such as the bathroom telephone etc.
Meditating for change
Today's world is moving at a fast pace, this usually makes us forget that we should be taking some time out from time to time. Medication is something that everybody can do it requires no skill. You don't need to be a monk to meditate, all it requires is you to find a quiet place, or just clear your mind and focus on positive things. Meditation is a great tool when you want to control stress.
