You can be very you when you are trying to lose some weight, but it is not coming off as quickly as you thought it should be. Dont pay too much attention to the skills
It is a good idea to have some kind of idea how much you weigh. But you should also make sure, that this does not become an obsession. When yourself too much can sometimes make you lose your focus. It is not uncommon for your weight to go up and down while taking part in a training programme.
