Some time back there was a story in the news involving amateur plastic surgery. The Ribeiro couple, migrated to America on a one month visa in order to work. Neither the man nor the woman was qualified medical professionals, but they were offering cosmetic procedures to the general masses at very low prices. As you may have already guessed, a tragedy eventually occurred.

People should be familiar with this couple because they were arrested in relation to a death involving a fairly young woman in Massachusetts.
