Introduction to pizza's
Personally I love pizza. I can't live without the smell of freshly baked, cheesy tasting pizza with bunch of veggies or other stuff. Every time I watch movie at home, I have to bake a pizza. Otherwise I do not enjoy myself watching the movie. Which is about once a week. I think that having pizza once a week is not a bad thing.
A tip for a Pizza Business
Before you go and spend all of your life's savings on opening up a pizza place, do some research and investigate the world of pizza franchises. Everyday or every weekend drive around visiting different pizza chains. It's ok to ask questions. I'm sure they won't mind helping you out. They can give you some valuable insight from someone who has already gone threw the process of opening a franchise.
Kids Pizza facts
As a matter of fact, a study done by a U.S. Department of Agriculture statistician and home economist found that in a three-day survey period, 42% of children between the ages of 6 and 11 have eaten pizza. (Source: Smithsonian Magazine.).
In addition, according to a recent Gallup Poll, 82 percent of children ages 3 and 11 prefer "pizza" over chicken nuggets, hot dogs, macaroni & cheese, and hamburgers. As far as kids and food is concerned, that's some pretty stiff competition.
Pizza History
The pizza as we know it today was born in Naples in the 18th century. Bear in mind that tomatoes were bought to Italy in the 16th century from the Americas but people were scared to eat them for fear of being poisoned. When Italian immigrants arrived in America in the 19th century Pizza hit the American scene. First it was sold only in Italian neighborhoods.

Pizzaiolo Chris Bianco, (Pizzeria Bianco, Phoenix, Arizona), is regarded by some, the finast pizzaiolo in the U.S. Ed LaDou, is another highly acclaimed pizza master. He created Wolfgang Pucks as well as California Pizza Kitchen's menu. He now makes his own at Caiote Pizza Cafe. Tony Gemignani (8 time World Champion and co-owner of Pyzano's) and Brian Spangler (Apizza Scholls, Portland, Oregon), each carry on the tradition of passion and strive for perfection. Gary Bimonte, grandson of Frank Pepe continues his grandfather's legacy at Pepe's in New Haven, Connecticut.
CONCLUSION
History indicates that the first time the word "Pizza" was used was in 997AD from a Latin text which was discovered in Southern Italy.
