Liver pain
Liver pain symptoms are often dismissed because it is a general belief that organs don't hurt. If you are experiencing any of these sensations, don't give up, and don't think you are making it up. Liver Pain can be real. Rheumatologists, nephrologists, family practitioners, all have been known to dismiss liver pain as patient complainings.
Pleasure and pain
Pleasure and pain are the two forces through which our lives are managed. Our inherent Nature-the desire to enjoy-impels us to follow a predetermined behavioral formula: the desire to receive maximum pleasure for minimum effort. Hence, we are compelled to choose pleasure and flee from pain. In that, there is no difference between us and any other animal.
Child leg pain
Does your child complain of achy legs? If he is not sick or does not have a fever, he may have growing pains. Growing pains are muscle aches children experience in their legs, usually late in the day and at night. They typically occur between the ages of 3 to12 years of age or typically around a growth spurt period. It is not a disease, nor is there evidence that the process of bone growth causes pain. However, growing pains tend to cease when children stop growing. By the teenage years growing pains seem to stop.
Older people and pain
Some older people with osteoarthritis discount their pain and are reluctant to take pain relievers. A study of the use of pain medications and seniors indicates that they often have a negative attitude toward the drugs. They frequently don't follow the instructions for use, choosing instead to downplay their pain. As a result, many suffer needlessly. I know I observed my elderly mother behaving this way, and I became curious about other elderly people.
CONCLUSION
Pain is a tricky subject at times, we all feel pain where physically or mentally. If its mental pain there you may need a shrink. If it is physical pain you may need a nurse. What ever time of pain it is it's always good to get a second opinion if you are not sure of the pain.
