Domain Registration and Web Hosting
The Internet has been going for as much as two decades, and it continues to grow daily. Many people are looking for a way to get a website and software company, but don't understand that actual process. Many people don't understand the difference between hosting and a domain name. The domain name is more popular than a hosting.
Domain registration
What the administration means is that you get a name on the Internet. It is basically equivalent to getting a new phone number from a telephone company or sign yourself up for an e-mail address. A domain name is basically your access to the whole of Internet.
Getting a domain name basically is a regular service, so you have it for a set period of time but you are seen at the owner, unless you forget to renew it. The fee for a one-year domain is usually between 10 and $20. A lot of people will pay for 5 to 10 years to avoid any problems.
When you do eventually decide to buy a domain name, you will have to also get hosting. Once you have both the domain name and a hosting, you don't have to link the two together. If you get the domain and hosting from one company you may be able to avoid the step, but it is not extremely advisable.
