Throat microphone
Throat microphone is a kind of microphone, which stays connected with the throat of the speaker. It has got a strap that ties down the microphone with the neck of the person speaking. This microphone reacts directly to the vibration of the neck. It gives a clear sound and it can capture your voice even it is kept far from your mouth.
Microphone Choice
To get a good voice recording you don’t need to spend a fortune on a microphone for this type of work. You can use any type i.e. Dynamic, Ribbon, Condenser or Electret since the frequency range of the human voice is not that great and normally you’ll be positioning the microphone fairly close to the person doing the commentary, so microphone sensitivity is not an issue.
Shotgun microphone
Perhaps the most directional and qualitative one among others is the shotgun microphone. By direction, we mean the directivity of the microphone that usually is defined by the shape. Between the two elements of a microphone, that is inner and outer, the inner elements determine the structural shape of the capsule and the outer is the interference tube. Moreover, this microphone has amazing audio quality and is best for using in TV, films and wildlife recordings.
Wireless microphone
Wireless microphone is a simple microphone but it has no wires attached. Previously people had a notion that a microphone has to be something big and must have many wires. But times have changed. And with time the design and technology of microphones also changed.
CONCLUSION
It is said that everything passes everything changes. This change happens with time. Like all other things, microphones also changed with time. And this change occurred with the use of advanced technology by popular brands of microphones. There was never such wide and varied range available until these brands emerged. These brands changed the face of market for mikes.
