Juggling step one

When you have 3 balls start by juggling only one. First you should be able to catch the ball without looking your hands when throwing it from one hand to another. It is important that you stay focused on the ball when it is somewhere in the height of your eyes, because that is the right moment to prepare your second hand to catch it.

Juggling step two

When you master juggling one ball, start by juggling 2 balls. The main exercise here is that you throw one ball from let say right hand to left hand and at the moment when the first ball reaches the highest point of its flight you should throw the second ball up. You should catch both balls one after the other. Very important here is to learn how to catch the right rhythm.

Juggling step three

When you are able to throw and catch 2 balls. Start by making 3 passes with 3 balls! At the beginning put 2 balls in your better hand and one in the one you aren't using that much. Start by throwing one of the 2 balls in better hand in the other hand and at the moment when that ball reaches the peak throw the 2nd ball (the only ball in your other hand) and in the moment when that ball reaches the top throw the third ball from better hand to the other and at the same time catch the first ball. This may sound a bit complicated but once you master this you will be able to go to step 4 which is continuously repeating step 3 and that is juggling.

CONCLUSION

Juggling is an ancient entertainment art. Technically, it means any form of object manipulation. These objects are most commonly balls, beanbags, rings, clubs, bouncing balls, cigar boxes, diabolos, plates and devil sticks. The more dangerous performances use knives and flaming torches. But strictly speaking, juggling in its purest sense is manipulating objects greater in number than the hands applied to do it. As such, tossing two balls using two hands is not really doing it at all.
