You can buy a toilet with water conservation. In countries such as the United States of America, they actually have federal law which requires a toilet to have a certain flush limit. This is currently 1.6 gallons, for each flush. This can be countered by using a rear flush toilet, which only uses 1 gallon of water per flush. The old toilets use 3 to 7 gallons.

Take a look at the toilets flush system. For the most part products will use the old way of flushing, this is usually done by the use of the weight of water. The water produce a pressure for the flush, unfortunately this is a reason why old-style toilets are prone to blocking.

A toilet worth considering is a pressure assisted flush system. toilets that have a fitted pressure assisted system, will use pressure instead of using water to put water in the bowl, this is a great way of saving water.
