Caffeiene is good for keeping people awake, and good to help with concentration, when used in moderation. It is a good idea to stop drinking it gradually, though because if not you are likely to get a headache.

You need to give your body a regular sleeping time. Going to bed at any time you feel like it, is likely to mess with you bodies sleeping pattern. If you sleep early one day then late the next day this will upset your body.

You should always have time to yourself so that you can relax. Having adquate time to rest is always helpful for your sleeping pattern.

These tips can help you to organise yourself and to formulate a goos sleepinmg routine. They way you treat your body is very important to how you sleep. You should always have a good sleeping temperature, if it is to hot or two cold this can effect how you sleep.
