When running any business there is only one person that you really answer to , and that is the customer. If you are a good business person you will understand that without your customers money you are out of a job. If you are inconsiderat towards your customers or you dont treat them with enoughy respect, they are likely to go and shop else where, which is not good for business.

You should give your customers all the possible ways to contact you such as email, telephone and even letter. If you can answer any questions in person as the manager this a great way to build customer relations.

There is no better feeling as a customer, than feeling that you are being listenes to. Inorder to make your self readily available to your customers, you should give them easy ways to contact you. Allowing your customers to reach you more orless when ever they like is a good way to provide customer services
