If you want to avoid colds at all costs, the you will have to be careful about the things that you do. If you use any public service you should always be in the mindset that you may have to wash you hands. When you use the public toilets you should also be in the habit of washing your hands. Being in clean environments will also help ensure that colds stay far away from you.

Avoid the sick

It is up to you to stay clear of people that are sneezing, or physically unwell. If you are visiting a sick person that is fine, but if you are constantly around people that have colds this may not be in your best interest. If you have any colleagues at work that are constantly sneezing, yoyu should probably advise them to go home umtil they are better.

Washing hands properly

When ever you hands are dirty, you should wash them properly, using hot water and soap is the best way to wash hands. To stop viruses on any of your surfaces at home you should use disinfectant, spray in places where germs may be present.

These tips will help you battle and germs that may be responsible for giving a cold. You will need to be serious about implementing the tips above, this is the only way that you will see success in you health. Staying clean is the best way to prevent your self from catching a cold.
