Differentiating Arterial from Pulmonary Hypertension
Differentiating between these two different conditions is a problem for the doctors, however, it’s important and helpful for you to know that pulmonary hypertension affects your ability to breathe through your lungs, causing lung disorder, but arterial hypertension on the other hand is blood and heart vascular disease, without any symptoms.
Am I saying that hypertension has no symptoms? Yes, hypertension doesn’t even lead to headaches, if an individual who is undiagnosed has a headache; there are two things that could possibly be happening. The first issue is related to the complication of the hypertension itself and also the likelihood of there being an entirely new disease attached to it. But it’s important that we do not confuse the majority of those who have high blood pressure at around 170 mmHg or more and 110 mmHg or more, as they are more than likely to suffer from occipital headaches at times, and may have sleep patterns that are constantly disturbed. Occipital headache are basically experiences of heaviness with aches during early mornings around the neck and back area of the head.
A headache is not a symptom, but it can be related to high blood pressure in some situations. In cases where headaches are related to high blood pressure, it can also lead to brain damage, such as strokes, and when such people complain about having pains in their chest; this could be the result of an impending heart attack. If a hypertensive was to complain about repeated palpitation, this problem could be the lead up to heart failure.
There are no symptoms for hypertension, if there were then those who suffered from high blood pressure would have complained about a specific pain in their body before the illness developed into kidney failure, a stroke, heart attack or sudden death. There are many people in this world that have died as a result of high blood pressure.
