Working in the office it's a easy way to become unfit. While you are working in the office it is up to you to do the necessary things to keep yourself healthy and in shape. There are a number of things that you need to do if you want to have good health while working in an office, such as eating the right foods and avoiding junk food. Especially junk food which comes from fast food restaurants. It is also a good idea to stay away from the restroom if it has a vending machine, crisps and chocolate are no good for your health.

Work in an office usually means constant use of your hands, the most common use of your hands will be typing. It is up to you to always take breaks from your typing duties and thoroughly shake out your hands. Excessive typing can lead to carpal tunnel syndrome. So, if you want to avoid this from happening you should set regular times for you to check out the muscles in your hands. This is the best way to keep your hands healthy and in good shape.
Avoid eating sweets
The worst way to put on extra pounds an office, is to constantly eat sweets. Eating sweets are a very bad habit because they offer no value to you in terms of nutrition. If you eat sweets, they are likely to mess up your health and make it harder for you to achieve your fitness goals. Not eating sweets properly see you shed a few pounds in weight, this is great for keeping you healthy, especially if you substitute sweets with treats such as pistachio nuts or walnuts, which contain good fats for your body.
