Drinking beer is a national drink for a lot of nations. In places such as Great Britain, the pub is a commonplace for men to hang out, and a popular place for having a drink. Having a sensible amount of this alcoholic beverage, can give the body a number of good benefits as long as it is done sensibly. Studies have shown that beer can be good for the health.

Here are some ways that drinking can improve your health

1- Beer has the ability to decrease the chances of coronary thrombosis, this problem occurs when the arteries begin to become smaller than usual. This causes a problem because the blood is unable to circulate through the body like it's supposed to. The great thing about beer in this situation is that it will thin the blood, which will reduce the chances of a heart attack

2- Beer is also good for increasing the amounts of high-density lipoprotein (HDL). This is basically the cholesterol and inferior insulin levels. Increasing their amounts is a good thing for nondiabetics because it decreases the chances of them getting atherosclerosis or the arteries becoming solidified

These are just two health benefits of drinking beer. Just like many other things if you do them with the right consistency, they are likely to have some type of health benefit. Drinking to much is by no means a good thing, so to ensure that you get these health benefits from the drink you should always stay sober. Drinking too much is always bound to cause some type of problem, especially if done regularly.
