Home Brew Tips
If you are a regular drinker, you will be happy to know that there are some health benefits that can be derived from drinking, especially beer. Going for a drink to unwind or relax is a common thing, especially in Great Britain. Places to drink in Britain are called pubs and are the commonplace that men hangout when they want to unwind. There have been a number of studies that have shown, that drinking beer has a range of benefits to the body.
Here are some of the benefits that beer can have on the body
1- It is not 100% certain how people get kidney stones. The thought is that getting kidney stones may be inherited or dietary, or even a combination of the two. This is what studies have shown, i.e. people that contract kidney stones have some family members who had them in the past, or have been used to having a bad diet.
Kidney stones have been linked to men in their middle ages, according to scientists, but there is no conclusive evidence as to how they are caused, whether by water, alcohol or hops it is uncertain. Fortunately beer has the ability to decrease the chances of injury from kidney stones.
2- The inability to sleep, is common in 1 out of every 10 people. It is well-documented that having a good night sleep is good for your body generally. Drinking beer is universally known to induce sleep.
These two benefits of beer are available to anybody that drinks it within the right limits, getting drunk is not advisable if you want to reap the health benefits of beer.
