Herpes and Stress
A disease which is caught from having sexual intercourse, is called herpes, it is very contagious. Learning a bit about herpes will allow us to avoid any treatment for this disease.
Herpes is caused by HSV or herpes simplex virus. This first will lead dormant in the nerve ganglia. When herpes having contracted they will remain in your body for life. Both male and female get herpes at the same rate. There are two types of herpes, HSV 1 is most commonly related to cold sores, these can affect the skin around the lips and face. HSV 2 is the second type of herpes and this is found in the genitals.
Here are some ways to treat herpes
1- keeping the area affected by herpes clean and dry is a good way to stop it from spreading and infecting others.
2- washing your hands whenever you touch a herpes blister can help avoid spreading the virus
3- when you do have a breakout blisters, make sure not to have any sexual intercourse until the blisters have completely healed, that means the scabs have fallen off the skin.
4- always know the person that you are having sexual intercourse with, and whether or not they have herpes too.
5- getting anti viral medication can also help treat herpes, this medication is proven to help control the virus while it is being used. The only negative is once treatment stops herpes comeback.
6- having a warm Bath and adding some baking soda is a great way to stop any breakouts that are taking place because of the herpes.
7- eating healthy and exercise in can also be a good way to counter herpes, as he teach you stress free and relaxed
