The inability to sleep is called insomnia, there are different ways that you can stop insomnia. If you suffer from insomnia you can solve it luckly, it's up to you to do the things necessary to cure your insomnia. Consuming the wrong food is a sure fire way to effect your sleeping habits. There are foods which are know to cause lack of sleep, these involve sugar stuff and caffiene. Products such as coke and coffee can be a cause for insomnia. If you have consuming any of these drinks, it is up to you to stop consuming these things. It is good to stop consuming these things gradually so that it gives your body enough time to adapt.

Knowing when to go to bed is probably one of the best ways to conquer insomnia. If you have a bed time which is 10pm you should have this bed time consistently. If you keep changing your bed time this definitely going to upset your sleep. You should always be serious about what time to go to bed.
