If your job involves working in the office, sitting down all day is not the best way to keep yourself in shape. The bad thing about working in an office is, the bad diet that usually accompanies it. Eating poorly is probably the fastest way to become unhealthy. Usually when visiting the breakroom, you will be confronted by vending machines with, junk food and foods filled with excessive amounts of calories. It is unfortunate but most jobs are less than sitting down when in office, and this is the fastest way to become unhealthy.

Eating the right foods
Choosing the right diet when working in office is a great way to keep the healthy, throughout the day. There are a number of nuts which you can eat as a substitute for crisps, such as almond nuts, pistachio nuts and also walnuts, the good thing about eating these nuts is that they are high in healthy fats. There are also good for keeping you fall for a longer period of time, as opposed to junk food. Another great thing about eating nuts is that they out you to store in office.
Using the stairs when you can
Today in offices, especially those with a lot of stairs, you will find an elevator. This is great when you are carrying lots of things, but the keep fit this is not the best way to travel. Consider taking the elevator you should take it upon yourself to walk up the stairs. If you work on a floor which is very high up, you can consider will pick up the stairs some of the way and then getting the elevator for the rest.
