Customers are always more appreaciative if they can get the answers to their questions as soon as possible, and in the easiest way possible. It is up to you give your customers all the ways humanly possible that they can contact you. For instance allowing your customers the ability to contact you 24 hours a day 7 days a week by email is bound to give then piece of mind. You can also offer them a toll free number when calling your company.

Keeping customers happy is paramount to any successful business, it is in you best interest not to totally neglect your customers. One you have sold your customers something, it is highly likely that there will be some sort of help required at some point, you shoula always be aware of this.
