Deck Chair story

Woke up on an island. I hardly even knew that I'd fallen off the ship, found it hard to even recall what I had being doing because in my drunken stupor I must have clunked my head on the deck chair as I'd grabbed at it on the way down.

When I came too I was sprawled on a beach of white sand, the sun blazing onto my bare back with the said deck chair lying on top of me. My head was throbbing and I could hardly think as I automatically staggered to my feet and stumped up the slanting beach toward a grass bank and some shady palms. I collapsed on the grass and the lights went out once again.

A Deck Chair defined

A Deck Chair is a folding chair with a fabric or vinyl back and seat. It may have an extended seat that is meant to be used as a leg rest and may have armrests. It originally was designed for passenger lounging while aboard ocean liners or ships.

Deck Chair for the relaxing

When you complete your daily activities, give yourself the opportunity to “stop and smell the roses” by taking pleasure in nature at your leisure. Imagine yourself relaxing on a well manicured lawn in a comfortable deck chair with floral pattern cushions that add color and charm to your environment or picture yourself entertaining friends outside on a balmy afternoon or evening around a beautifully designed set of wooden table and chairs.

CONCLUSION

When you think of a deck chair what springs to mind immediately is the beach, or even the sea side. That is what everybody thinks of. In fact there are more uses to a Deck chair than you might think. Lets say your going camping a deck chair is perfect to bring along. Deck Chairs are light and easy to store so has the required mobility for camping. There are also other general uses for a deck chair, like relaxing at home in the garden, if you have no chairs in your garden. The deck chair could also come in handy as an extra chair if you have visitors over.
