Complexion introduction
Take a few moments to give yourself a relaxing facial massage in your cleansing routine (preferably while cleansing, for ease of movement). Take advantage of skin cleansing time by gently massaging the facial muscles. This helps increase circulation, and even helps encourage skin cell turnover for a fresher, more vibrant complexion and a healthy glow.

Get your ZZZs. Nothing wreaks havoc on one's complexion more than lack of sleep. Chronic inadequate sleep results in loss of color, a "slackening" of the facial tone due to muscle fatigue, and even can contribute to stress-induced breakouts.
Drinking for complexion
Adequate hydration promotes clear skin. If you want to keep or improve your complexion, drink at least 6-8 eight-ounce glasses a day (more if you're really a go getter!). Clearer skin, here you come!
Any form of aerobic exercise done at least 20-30 minutes per day will get your blood flowing and help keep your skin as clear as possible. And excercise will play a direct role in the levels of stress in your body. Stress is known to have a "bad" affect on general health, clear skin and acne.
Radiant complexion
A healthy, radiant complexion is nourished from the inside out by eating a balanced diet and drinking lots of water. How much your complexion glows also depends on how you take care of it; first with proper cleansing and moisturizing and second by not smoking and avoiding stress and sun exposure.
Dry skin feels very tight and dry all over. Choose a creamy cleanser formulated for dry skin. The rich emollients will leave your skin feeling clean and soft. Also use extra emollient moisturizers and cleanse twice a day.
CONCLUSION
If you have acne problems and you are putting your energy and time in trying to fix it, then you have to take special care of your skin beneath the acne as well. A proper routine needs to be followed to cope with the acne and to get achieve an ideal complexion. Control the acne before it controls your life.
