The Cayman Islands offer some of the best wall diving in the Caribbean if not the world. The islands are located in the Central Caribbean due south of Cuba and west of Jamaica. The Caymans consist of three islands, Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, and Cayman Brac. The islands are the result of a tectonic plate collision and are the exposed tops of an underwater mountain range.

Water temperatures average 80°F (20°C) in the winter and 82°F (20°C) during the summer.The diving season is May through September but as with most tropical locations good diving can be found in other times of the year.
