Catching a cold is never the best experience, it can mess up your whole day. If you want to be cold free, especially in the winter months, you have to be observant, and do the things that will keep you away from this virus. There are a number of ways that you can catch a cold, although all the ways are not know, some of the more obvious ones are.

Eating the right way
The things that you eat are very important when it comes to the way you feel. If you have a good diet, this will boost your immune system and which means it will cope better when tackling any virus that it may contract. One of the best source of nutrients for a healthy diet is protein. The most common place to find protein is in beans. Fruits and vegetables are also good to help boos the immune system, you should consider eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetable each day.
Getting a good nights sleep
Every one knows that not getting enough sleep, can leave you tired, but it can also have an effect on how well your body can deal with any viruses that it may contract. Going to bed at the right time will give it the necessary, strength that it needs so that it can fight against any sickness or disease that it may encounter.
These tips will help you keep strong and healthy which will inturn help prevent you from getting a cold.
