Catching A Cold From Cold Weather
The season for catching colds are autumn, spring and winter. If you want to avoid the dreaded cold you will have to take the necessary steps to do so. It is in your best interest to always be concerned about you cleansliness, this will help you to avoid catching a cold. There are number of things that you should be making your self aware of such as the places you go. For instant when travelling on public transport, or using public facilities such as the toilet.
Doing regular exercise
A good way to keep your body strong is to do regular exercise. A good amount of exercise is three times a week. It doesn't have to be anything supper strenuous just do something that makes you sweat a little. You light jog 3 times a week is sufficient. If you like you can even include a little weight lifting, the choice is yours. Exercise is a great way to boost your immune system. Which will allow it to recover more easily.
If you want to stay clear of catching a cold the main thing to remember is to stay clean. There are many places that germs can be contracted, and these are places that should avoided. In places such as the public toilets you should always wash you hands properly before leaving the toilet. Using hot water and soap is the best way to do this. This is the best way to keep your hands clean and more importantly germs away. Getting different germs are the main reason why colds are caught.
