Ayurveda 'the science of Healing' definitely have a solution for acne. The pathology of the disease is considered due to vitiated Blood (Rakta Dushti) along with vitiated Kapha and Vata and it deals with the diseases by applying various medical, surgical and parasurgical methods of treatment.
Ayurvedic formula - Triphala can be taken 1-2 grams per day at bedtime in a little glass of warm water.
Ayurvedic oils
In ayurvedic oils and extracts, a huge quantity of herbs is cooked in a boil with base oil. Here sesame oil is most widely used base oil. For the preparation of ayurvedic oils and extracts one has to take some water, herb, oil and then cook them to a certain point. Then, once all the contents are boiled well, the herbs are removed and the remaining liquid is used as the ayurvedic oil. These are prepared by strictly following the system of medicine. Some of the more popular of then are mahanarayana, brahmi, bringadi, dhanwantaram, balaashwagandha.
Ayurvedic massage
Ayurvedic massage is one of the most effective ways to reduce stress, slow down the skin's aging process, improve blood circulation and remove toxins from the cells. Using ancient Ayurvedic herbs mixed with oils, it works to purify, nourish and tone the skin on a deep cellular level. It promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces free-radical activity and detoxifies. The herbs used have natural anti-oxidants and have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

These Ayurvedic teachings were then orally passed on from teacher to student until the sixth century BC, where detailed Sanskrit texts were finally written.
