Having a conflict with somebody is something that we all want to avoid, but if it does arise then it will need to be dealt with. Often times a conflict will occur when two people are having a disagreement. This disagreement may happen because one or both parties have failed to fulfil their agreement. In some cases a disagreement can be very healthy for a relationship. To resolve any comfort that may occur it is important for a solution to take place, this is often done by getting one or both parties to fulfil their end of the bargain.

There are a number of different ways that you can resolve a conflict there are some that you can use.

Be positive when resolving the issue

When you are explaining yourself to the other party, a good way to get results is if you can focus on something positive, as well as the issue at hand. Discussing a conflict is never going to be a comfortable situation, but they are usually some aspects of the relationship that you can draw on which are positive. I in some positive aspects all help to release pressure within a discussion. In some cases you can use humour to address negative situations within the relationship.

Always look forward

Even though you will be out on some issues that have created the conflict, it is also important to let go of the issues that may have caused the disagreement to begin with. Although, you should remember that you are entitled to some type of grieving and you can make your feelings clear to the other party as well. But, you should always think about getting rid of any resentment that you may have, having long-term resentment will destroy any relationship.
