Anger Issues
It is always good to resolve a conflict, if you are having one. You should remember that you're not the first person to come into conflict with another person. Often time people become angry with each other due to a misunderstanding. For the most part anger is a natural human emotion that can be healthy when used in the right dosage. It is often healthy to disagree with people, but this should not turn into an argument. Having a difference of opinion can improve a relationship, as long as it is constructive.
There are some tips that you can use to help you remain calm when you are angry about something.
Never assume
If you feel like you want to explode, and that somebody has done you wrong, you should never assume that they know why they have made it upset, unless of course it is extremely transparent. Sometimes assuming that someone else knows how you feel can be a big mistake. For the most part many people do not have great amount of empathy. Everybody has their own issues, so sometimes their ability to understand yours is lost.
Try to be as rational as possible when arguing
If you happen to become upset with somebody, it is not a good idea to give them and ultimatum. Attempting to make somebody do what you want them to do is the fastest way to destroy a relationship for good. You should always keep the arguing on topic and related to the actor reason it started to begin with. The ability to be is reasonable as you can will ensure that are conflict is resolved as smoothly as possible.
Using these two pieces of advice will help you to resolve any conflict that you may have with another person.
