Smoking is not the best habit in the world, if you haven't heard smoking has the potential to ruin your health. The most common type of problem which is related to smoking is a heart attack. A heart attack will result, once there is a huge buildup of cholesterol in your system which is blocking the passages to your heart. Smoking has the ability to increase cholesterol. If you have started smoking because of peer pressure, you should be aware that there are no benefits to smoking. Even if you keep fit regularly, this does not mean that smoking will have no effect on you.

Having a temptation of friends around you smoke will have a negative effect on your chances of quitting. You should also avoid going to places where smoking is a pastime, such as pubs and some clubs. It's up to you to decide what's more important your health or smoking with friends.
Smoking is a habit which can be broken, but you have to do persevere and really want to give up. This is the only rule way to get smoking out of your life. There are many benefits when you give up smoking, the most obvious is a healthier body.
