You need to do keyword research if you want long term success on line what this means is that you find out what it is people are searching for? well, if you are new your probably wondering how to do that, if your not you probably already know!

The difference between an on-line business that lasts and continues to grow is keywords, the more you have  within your site the more your site will grow….

For example if you sold slippers on your website and some one was looking for “purple slippers”, If you had optimized your website for the purple slippers keyword, and it’s indexed in a major search engine the chances are that it will show up so when some one types it into a search engine, you site gets seen….

I have often found when looking though the Internet article directories with over 50,000 articles on them with very little traffic (visitors) the reason usually is because they have negated to do the due diligence in terms of keyword research…. obviously over reason can be the cause too like link building, lots of duplicate content…….

Think for a minute??????

Imagine keyword research was carried out properly, lets say each article got  1 visitor a month that would amount to over 1,500 visits a day, which is 50,000! visits a month, and that is a worst case scenario… if each article got 10 a month that would be half a million people to your site a month!!!!

The a good technique is to get as many keyword combinations that you can possibly find and then have lots of useful information around the keywords you have found. The reason why you need loads of keywords is because it’s best to have more ways for people to find your website. “I’m sure that makes sense?”
